30 Day Returns
We offer a 30 day return period from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Products should be returned with original packaging where possible
- Items must not show signs of wear, use, or damage caused after delivery
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation may be required
Returns requested outside of the 30 day period may not be accepted.

- The item(s) you wish to return

- Photos if the item is damaged or faulty
Once reviewed, we will provide instructions for returning your order.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this may delay processing.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item received is faulty
- The item arrives damaged
- An incorrect item was sent
We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning items, as Beargoods cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged, Faulty, Or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- A replacement item
- A partial refund
- A full refund
- Store credit where appropriate
We aim to resolve all issues fairly and as quickly as possible.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout
- Please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and processing
- Additional time may be required by your bank or payment provider before funds appear in your account
If your return does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy, we may be unable to issue a refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order once your original return has been approved.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

- Opened hygiene-related items
- Clearance or discounted items where stated
- Gift cards
For safety and hygiene reasons, some outdoor products may be excluded from returns once opened or used.
Order Cancellations

While we will do our best to help, orders that have already been processed or dispatched may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
